flow issues with hp blue tops

iv been filling these for a couple years and up to about a few months ago iv been haveing issues with getting them to flow right.no matter what i do i still have breaks in the grid and streaks.its mainly in the majenta nozzal.just wondering if anyone else has been haveing the same issues and if anyone has some pointers on how to fix the problem
