Hi im relatively new to the business and would apreciate any tips about used catridge/toner collection set up.
When do you do pick ups?
Its obviously not worth it picking up one empty.(is there a min. of empies for pickup)
Is it worth doing it by mail?-(sending a customer a prepaid box so they can ship you the empty)
How do your customers schedule a pick up?
