I have a one customer that is having a problem with her HP Cp2025 printer's output. She says it is our cyan cartridges, but I have been unable to replicate the problem with the supposedly defective cartridges in our printer.

She says she gets a blotch of cyan toner on her output if the printer sits for awhile. Her first 5-10 pages has a cyan toner blotch about 2 inches down from the top (attached pdf) of the page that eventually goes away. Then it comes back after her printer sits awhile not being used.

We build over 50 of the cp2025 cartridges a month and so far she is the only one we have seen this issue with. Has anyone else seen a similar issue to this? Any ideas would could be going on would be appreciated.
