Im sure this has happened to everyone. The customer tries to return an empty ink or toner
. You usually tell them it is empty and their immediate response is, "There must have been an empty cartridge in there. " Do you give them a refund or exchange?
I weigh all the carts now and the weights are coded on the cart. Eventhough I do that I still have customers that insist they are empty. There is no convincing them. Do you give these terrorists what they want.
How do you tell the customer they are wrong without pissing them off.
