NOTIFY YOUR VENDOR

A lot of times we all encounter "problems" with vendor components right?
So we conduct product sampling from other vendors, or just start buying from another vendor to get back on track.
At the point when we find problematic components, we all contact the vendor to tell them of the problem right? Really? You don't?
Unless the vendor understands there is a problem out here in the field, how the heck are they going to know there is a problem with their product? How will they improve upon the products they sell to us?
I beg you, the Imaging Industry, to ensure you contact your vendor (phone call, email, carrier pigeon, etc) and explain to your Sales Rep / Tech Rep that you experiencing problems with their product.
Yes, you may have to put up with their questions/processes, but unless the vendor clearly understands that there are problems, nothing will get done to improve quality. The ImagerZone is only used by a small portion of the industry, and the vendors do not take a lot of "stock" in what we collectively say here. So don't assume what we say here is used to help improve aftermarket products. We must all do our part and inform these vendors when we see issues with their products. If not, it only hurts the industry as a whole.
So take a minute next time you have a problem and do the correct thing--NOTIFY YOUR VENDOR.
