So how is everyone handling customers with empty cartridges these days?
I know CW used to offer a core discount if you bring in the empty versus not bringing it in.
We currently do empties like coupons and depending on the empty cartridge depends on the value. Which can get confusing as the demand changes, especially for toners.
How are you handling customers who bring in the empty cartridges or who don't bring them in? What about non-virgins and compatibles (like Epsons).
