I have just had a customer that fell victim to a "toner phoner". The firm's
name is: Laser Depot
505 Rene-Levesque West,
Suite 900,
Montreal, Quebec. H2Z 1Y7
Phone: (SEE THIS)
Fax: (SEE THIS)
They sold our customer one only Canon
FX-3 (Remanufactured) cartridge for $398 (Canadian dollars). When you phone the
toll free number to arrange to return the
goods, the persons answering always say
that they are the "cleaning staff" and
can't help the caller. This happens no matter what time of day or night you call. Our customer is now aware how this firm operates and have trained all
their staff to be aware.
Too bad we have these kind of operators
in our industry. WATCH OUT!!!!
