"....and collect them next day". If ever there was a case for someone missing the point of a business, this is it. You do your shopping, leave in your cartridges, and then have to call back the next day for them? Please, how daft is that? Who in their right minds shops everyday, and why can't they be ready when your shopping is finished? That's like leaving your car in for a puncture repair to be told it'll be ready tomorrow. Just plain dumb.
