The program would be sweeping, as “USPS anticipates offering this national program through a combination, in the Postal Service’s discretion, of its approximately 38,000 retail locations, 300,000 collection boxes, and 290,000 letter carriers visiting over 139 million addresses 6 days per week...,” its Request For Information reads.
